The proof is in the pudding

To the Larrikin, the Gentle Giant, the Legend ... Andy, I worked with you just long enough to understand how deep your empathy was, how big your heart was, how broad your knowledge was, and how poor your fashion sense was. You made a difference....to those you met, to those you worked with, and quite obviously to those you loved. Not everyone leaves such a legacy. To see more of your life (Rachel is clearly a genius!) and to read the messages from your family, your friends, your colleagues .... it is obvious you were all of the things I saw, and more. We are nothing but what we leave behind, and the pudding you have left us is greatness ... a family full of love and intelligence and compassion, a workplace that is better because of you, workmates that you inspired, and I am sure a wider community of 'strangers' that you simply impacted by your presence, your humour, and your heart. Farewell my friend. Fly High.
