Here's a couple of paragraphs taken (tongue in cheek) from a fire report a few years ago...…

We responded as part of the fourth Alarm. Upon our arrival we found all firefighters running around as if their heads had been cut off. Most could be heard to be crying and wailing and some were screaming 'it's too big, it's too big'.
The Glen Osmond crew quickly summed up the scenario. We determined it was a large multi tenanted building with access issues but the principal concern was the was the cowardice when faced with a roaring, mains gas fed fire. My crew quickly isolated the gas and electrical substation and then extinguished the fire. After this 2-3 minute period, normal SAMFS Operations began. A cognitive Command structure was established, Radio channels were allocated and confirmed, accountability logs set up and the three deep modal enacted.
